Some Chinese ADRs jumped in morning trading. DouYu rose 29%; XPeng rose 7%; Huya rose 6%; Hello Group and JOYY rose 3%; NIO rose 1%.
China-based live streaming platform DouYu International announced on Thursday the appointment of Simin Ren as co-CEO. The company also announced a special dividend of $9.94 per American Depositary Share.
UBS quoted XPeng's management as saying that it is striving to break even in 4Q25, and expecting its interim auto gross profit margin to be 15%.
