From source to cloud, Zhangye corn seeds have entered the Taobao and Tmall marketplace. On January 27th, the "Quality Seeds from the Source to Tmall – Zhangye Seed Industry Belt Online Sales Training Session" was held at Alibaba's Xixi Campus in Hangzhou. The event focused on the digital transformation needs of the Zhangye seed industry, aiming to build an enabling e-commerce development platform for businesses in the industrial belt through policy interpretation, practical guidance, and resource matching.
This training session was jointly organized by Taobao Tmall's Modern Agriculture sector and the Zhangye Seed Association. By building a bridge for deep cooperation between the industrial belt and the e-commerce platform, it effectively addresses development bottlenecks in Zhangye's modern seed industry, such as weak links between R&D and the market, restricted variety circulation, supply-demand imbalances, and low brand development, thereby boosting the high-quality development of Zhangye's modern seed industry. The Taobao Tmall platform will strengthen policy support, resource allocation, and technical empowerment based on the needs of Zhangye merchants, further broadening the digital sales channels for Zhangye seeds and striving to achieve win-win development for both the platform and the merchants.
