尽管瑞穗的分析师再三强调特斯拉的买入评级，但似乎特斯拉的股价并没有因此提振。
自4月以来，特斯拉股价就开始持续低迷，同期的标普500都呈现上涨态势。
瑞穗的分析师表示，特斯拉的买入评级是根据其在全球电动车市场的领先地位，以及拜登的基建计划对特斯拉将有显著提振得出的结论。
洛克菲勒资本管理公司的董事总经理Michael Bapis也对特斯拉表现出看好的态度，并称特斯拉在可预见的将来中都将是电动车行业的领导者。
Bapis称：“如果你去看一些基金产品的持仓，一旦它们的持仓列表中没有出现特斯拉这只股票，那么一定会有人质疑为什么不买它？”
Bapis还表示，尽管特斯拉去年涨得太猛太快，尽管今年它的供应链存在着缺芯以及延误交货，但只要没人能突破特斯拉在电动车行业的技术壁垒，再看看特斯拉自己的基本面和增长潜力，只要有机会，就应该买入。
Bapis说：“我认为现在就是买入的时机，然后把它放在那，押注公司强劲的基本面和行业领先的地位，你们会发现找不到比它更好的电动车龙头标的。”
