According to Politico, citing two informed sources, President Donald Trump held a private meeting with Coinbase Global, Inc. CEO Brian Armstrong on Tuesday. The meeting occurred before Trump posted on Truth Social urging the passage of a market structure bill. It is unclear what the two discussed during their conversation. A Coinbase spokesperson declined to comment to Politico on the matter. The White House has not yet responded to the report.
