    This is typical of meme crazed stocks. Sofi issuing new shares should not be shocking. Especially as the memes have chased to stock price up so much, and as their business performance has been pretty good.  At the end of it all, stick to fundamentals. Don't follow public hysteria. If you like their financial results, buy Sofi for it. Not because any of the kittie crowds are stampeding in. Or out.
