"One Company, One Policy" Resolves Heating Challenges for Enterprises

Deep News12-12

In a recent initiative to deepen the "Visit, Solve, Promote" campaign, Langfang Development Zone's Second Bureau of Investment Promotion and Business Cooperation adopted a tailored "one company, one policy" approach to address corporate challenges. This effort successfully resolved the heating issue at Li Auto's (LI) delivery center, demonstrating efficient and pragmatic support for business operations.

The Li Auto (02015) delivery center, established in May this year as the first of its kind in Langfang, spans 1,300 square meters. During early construction phases, inadequate communication led to the omission of high-power electrical wiring, preventing the installation of large-scale heating equipment. Upon identifying the issue, the bureau conducted on-site inspections with the Langfang Development Zone Heating Supply Center. After multiple evaluations, they finalized a solution involving the construction of a heat exchange station and primary pipelines. Construction teams were swiftly mobilized to expedite the project.

Post-completion, a joint inspection team verified critical components—including heating pipelines, the exchange station, technical equipment, electrical control systems, and drainage facilities—ensuring smooth handover and stable winter heating for the center.

Langfang Development Zone officials emphasized their commitment to refining the "Visit, Solve, Promote" program, targeting corporate pain points to enhance the business environment and bolster investor confidence through actionable measures.
