Gold, silver ETFs and stocks jumped in morning trading, tracking prices of the bullion. ProShares Ultra Silver, Hycroft Mining, and Harmony Gold rose 9%; Endeavour Silver rose 8%; Fortuna Silver Mines rose 7%; US Gold Corp., Gold Fields, and First Majestic Silver rose 6%; Hecla Mining, Pan American Silver, Coeur Mining, iShares Silver Trust, and Anglogold Ashanti rose 5%; Eldorado and ProShares Ultra Gold rose 4%.
