Hong Kong Stocks Rise, Alibaba Up Over 3%, Xiaomi Up 1.5%

On June 5, the Hong Kong stock market saw a significant rise with the Hang Seng Index (HSI) up 1.07%, the Hang Seng China Enterprises Index (HSCEI) up 1.26%, and the Hang Seng Tech Index (HSTECH) up 1.93%. The market was buoyed by weak U.S. economic data and rising expectations of interest rate cuts.

JL Mag up 12%; HG Semiconductor rose by over 10%, Hua Hong Semiconductor by over 6%, and SMIC by over 4%. Kuaishou up 5%; Alibaba's stock rose by 3.23%; Xiaomi Up 1.5%.
