Qianwen App has announced an investment of 3 billion yuan to initiate a "Spring Festival Treat Plan," aiming to treat people across the country to food, drinks, and entertainment during the holiday period through a "free-of-charge" model, allowing them to experience a new lifestyle in the AI era. Alibaba ecosystem services including Taobao Flash Sales, Fliggy, Damai, Hema, Tmall Supermarket, and Alipay will also join Qianwen's Spring Festival campaign.

This 3-billion-yuan "Treat Plan" by Qianwen represents the largest investment in any Spring Festival activity in Alibaba's history and is also the highest amount invested in the ongoing AI competition among major tech companies this Spring Festival. According to Qianwen App's official social media account, the "Qianwen Spring Festival Treat Plan" will officially launch on February 6, emphasizing "non-stop free treats for food, drinks, and fun," along with substantial cash red packets, although the specific activity format has not yet been disclosed by the official sources. On January 15, Qianwen App announced that it had integrated with various Alibaba ecosystem scenarios such as Taobao Flash Sales, Alipay, Taobao, Fliggy, and Amap to test AI shopping functionalities. An internal source at Qianwen App revealed, "The release half a month ago was essentially preparation for the Spring Festival campaign. While most AI assistants in the market are still at the chatting stage, Qianwen aims to integrate into people's real-life consumption during this Spring Festival." It has been reported that users can now purchase movie tickets directly from the main conversation page within the Qianwen App when inquiring about film screenings. According to an internal source at Qianwen App, the AI movie ticket purchasing feature is currently in a limited beta test and is set to be fully launched soon.
