Veeva Systems' (VEEV) shares were down more than 4% in recent Thursday trading after Goldman Sachs downgraded the company's stock to sell from buy, and cut its price target to $200 from $261.

Trading volume stood at about 1.4 million shares against a daily average of nearly 1.2 million.
