BUZZ-AI stocks surge as Trump announces big AI investment

** Shares of AI server firms rise premarket after U.S. President Donald Trump announces a private sector investment of up to $500 bln to fund infrastructure for artificial intelligence

** Shares of cloud service provider Oracle jump nearly 9% to $187.1 after Trump announces joint venture called Stargate with OpenAI and SoftBank to build data centers and create over 100,000 jobs in the U.S.

** Dominant AI chipmaker Nvidia rises 2.5%, AI server maker Super Micro gains 3.3% and Dell up 3.5%

** Chipmaker Marvell Technology and Advanced Micro Devices up 1.1% to 2.5%, respectively

** Shares of Microsoft rise 1.6% and data analytics firm Palantir Technologies up 1.9%

** Other smaller AI stocks C3.ai up 5.2% and BigBear.ai add 4.5%

** U.S.-listed shares of Arm Holdings up 5.9%
