    China will never build a chip industry if we keep buying American chips.  Chips are a critical sector. No way we can rely on an enemy for our chip supply.   Who knows what Spyware, backdoor, and Trojans these chips contain.

    It's a joke ! First Trump and his gang banned China from buying these Chips Now they realised the economic backlash and decided to release H200 chips , though still second class. But it is China now who dictate terms to America who can buy and how many.
