ASL Marine (SGX:A04) increased its investment in Sukses Shipyard Indonesia, through the allotment and issuance of 750,000 shares at 12,151 Indonesian rupiah apiece, according to a Friday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
The total issued and paid-up capital of the shipbuilding and fabrication services company has increased to 12.1 billion rupiah from 3.04 billion rupiah following the investment.
