AcroMeta's (SGX:43F) is proposing a renounceable non-underwritten rights issue with free warrants to strengthen its capital base and power new business initiatives, according to a Thursday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
The engineering company has offered up to 276.2 million rights shares at SG$0.016 per share, with each warrant carrying the right to subscribe for one new share in the company at SG$0.032 per warrant share, on the basis of two rights shares for every three existing share in the company.
