Gitlab, Google Expand Collaboration to Offer Latest Gemini, Gemma Models on Development Services Platform

Gitlab (GTLB) is expanding its partnership with Alphabet's (GOOG, GOOGL) Google to offer a managed software development and security platform powered by the latest Gemini and Gemma artificial intelligence models.

The offering will be delivered through Google's cloud infrastructure, according to a statement on Wednesday.

Teams from both firms are working with certified managed service providers to help enterprises that need a "more scalable and reliable DevSecOps platform and architecture transition to GitLab and Google Cloud," the companies said.
