iWOW Technology (SGX:NXR) received a listing and quotation notification from the Singapore Exchange for new shares to be issued linked with the company's proposed acquisition of The Gentle Group, according to a Monday bourse filing.
Under the notification, the company will issue around 8.9 million shares at SG$0.319 per share as partial consideration for the acquisition of The Gentle Group.
