Elite UK REIT's (SGX:MXNU) said its private placement was oversubscribed, backed by strong demand from existing and new institutional investors, according to a Tuesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
The final issue price was fixed at 0.296 pounds per new unit, raising proceeds of around 7.4 million pounds.
Trading of the new units is expected to commence on June 25.
