Black Yak I&C (KOSDAQ:478560) provided a loan of 8.3 billion won to its subsidiary, ST Beta Jeilcha, for debt repayment purposes, according to a Wednesday filing with the Korean bourse.
The loan carries an annual interest rate of 4.6%.
Black Yak I&C said the funds will be sourced from proceeds of the second tranche of convertible bonds disclosed in a filing on May 13.
