Centurion Acquires 25% Stake in Perth, Australia Student Housing Project

Centurion (SGX:OU8) acquired a 25% stake in its second student accommodation development in Perth, Australia, for a cash consideration of AU$250,000, according to a Wednesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.

The acquisition comes following a similar acquisition of a 472-bed development in the same city in December 2025.

The investment was carried out through its subsidiary, Centurion Overseas Investments, which subscribed for shares in the Fairway development. The remaining 75% is held by a subsidiary of the company's controlling shareholder.

The development is expected to be completed by the second quarter of 2027, and will be managed under the company's EPIISOD brand.
