Singapore's Housing Board Launches New Build-To-Order Flats

Singapore's Housing Development Board (HDB) launched 6,952 build-to-order (BTO) flats for sale on June 17, according to a same-day company release.

The flats include around 2,000 flats in Sembawang North.

Seven BTO projects are up for grabs, including two planned BTO projects in Lakeview, comprising 1,221 units. The flats have been priced at discounts, via government subsidies, the release said.

Meanwhile, eligible first-timer families can take advantage of the Enhanced CPF Housing Grant of up to SG$120,000.
