Market Chatter: Singapore to Launch Two BTO Projects in October

Singapore's Housing and Development Board is slated to launch two build-to-order (BTO) projects in Bayshore housing state in its next sales exercise in October, according to a report by the Straits Times on Thursday.

The BTO projects will offer a total of 2,500 flats, alongside another project in Tengah, the report added.

Around 1,240 of these flats will be reserved for seniors and singles, the report noted.
