Raffles Education (SGX:NR7) subsidiary Raffles Assets is facing an appeal after NPS International School challenged a Singapore High Court ruling that dismissed its claim against the subsidiary and upheld Raffles Assets' counterclaim.
The dispute pertains to a proposed lease agreement under a letter of intent, which the court found NPS had breached in its earlier judgment, according to a Tuesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
