Attika Group (SGX:53W) allotted and issued 134.9 million bonus shares on Thursday, according to a same-day filing with the Singapore Exchange.

Shares of the commercial interior decoration and engineering company were down nearly 5% in Friday trading.

The new shares are expected to be listed and quoted on June 22, the filing said.
