《股市简讯》中国<a href="https://laohu8.com/S/01093">石药集团</a>跳涨7%，将向<a href="https://laohu8.com/S/AZN">阿斯利康</a>收取3,000万美元首付款

* 中国石药集团1093.HK周五早盘高开3.6%，随后涨幅扩大至7%，创5月14日以来新高。

* 该公司此前公告称，与阿斯利康AZN.L就开发siRNA药物订立合作、选择权及授权协议，与阿斯利康将针对两个靶点共同发现和开发具有治疗肾脏疾病多种适应症潜力的临床前候选药物。对于每个项目，阿斯利康将有权选择获取在全球范围内或中国以外地区开发、生产及商业化的独家权益。

石药集团将收取3,000万美元的首付款，并有权收取最高5.4亿美元的潜在研发里程碑付款和最高12亿美元的潜在销售里程碑付款，以及基于有关产品年净销售额的潜在个位数销售提成。

* 石药集团今年迄今跌6%，同期恒生指数.HSI下滑8.5%。

* 恒生综合行业指数 - 医疗保健业.HSCIH盘中一度升3.9%。（完）
