路透悉尼7月3日 - 穆迪评级公司周五表示，已将澳大利亚矿业公司South32的 S32.AX 信用评级列入下调观察名单，此前该公司同意以最高56亿美元的价格将其大部分铝资产出售给美国铝业公司（Alcoa） AA.N。

该评级机构表示：“此次资产剥离将大幅缩减该公司的规模、大宗商品多元化程度和运营范围，同时剥离的资产在截至2025年的五个财年中，平均贡献了约37%的底层收益。”
