Crescendo Development, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Crescendo (KLSE:CRESNDO), has agreed to further extend the completion date for the sale of a vacant industrial land in the Kota Tinggi district, Malaysia, according to a Wednesday filing to the Malaysian bourse.

Crescendo's shares were up nearly 1% in Thursday's trade.

The company had signed a pact to sell the land to Pioneer Real Estate Development for 200.9 million ringgit.

The two parties have entered into a second addendum to the share purchase agreement to further extend the conditional period to Aug. 31 to provide the vendor additional time to fulfill the outstanding conditions.
