SDAI (SGX:5TI) signed a redeemable loan agreement with Tan Wai Boon for a loan of SG$500,000 to improve the group's cash flow and fund general working capital and current liabilities.
The loan carries an 8% annual interest rate and runs until Dec. 31, 2027, according to a Monday Singapore Exchange filing.
SDAI shares have been suspended from trading on the SGX Catalist board since July 12, 2021.
