Genesis Minerals (ASX:GMD) logged AU$0.533 earnings per share for fiscal 2026, compared with AU$0.1958 a year ago, a Thursday filing showed.
Analysts polled by FactSet expected earnings per share of AU$0.49.
For the 12 months ended June 30, revenue from ordinary activities was AU$1.74 billion versus AU$920.1 million previously, the Australia-listed gold mining and development company added. Analysts surveyed by FactSet projected AU$1.74 billion.
The board declared a maiden dividend of AU$0.05, payable Oct. 5 to shareholders of record as of Sept. 10.
Genesis Minerals guided for fiscal 2027 production of 270,000 ounces to 300,000 ounces at an all-in sustaining cost of AU$2,750 to AU$3,050 per ounce.
Its shares rose 10% in recent Thursday trade.
