Kimly (SGX:1D0) is looking to transfer from the Catalist board to the Mainboard of the Singapore Exchange, according to a Wednesday filing.
The traditional coffee shop operator has been on the Catalist board since March 2017 and now seeks a Mainboard move to raise its corporate profile and widen its investor base, along with improved access to capital and strategic opportunities.
The transfer is subject to in-principle approval and necessary compliance requirements.
Shares of Kimly were up nearly 4% in Thursday trading.
