Zillow Group (Z) said Monday that it has resolved a lawsuit brought by the Federal Trade Commission and five states over its partnership with Redfin.
Financial terms of the settlement were not disclosed.
Under the agreement, Zillow and Redfin are allowed to continue their partnership, which aims to provide multifamily rental listings from both companies.
Beginning in 2027, the companies will also offer standalone multifamily advertising products alongside the existing syndication partnership, giving housing providers additional options.
The FTC had raised concerns about the collaboration's impact on competition in the rental housing market.
