ASE Technology (TPE:3711) subsidiary, Siliconware Precision Industries, signed facility engineering contracts with Sheng Sour Construction worth NT$630 million, according to a Thursday Taiwan bourse filing.
The contracts run till Dec. 31, 2028 and are for production and operation purposes.
