Mapletree Pan Asia Commercial Trust (SGX:N2IU) posted SG$0.039 in distribution per unit for the fiscal first half, compared with SG$0.0402 a year ago.
The company's shares were up nearly 2% in Friday's trade.
Distributable income moved to SG$207.3 million from SG$213.0 million year over year, a Thursday filing with the Singapore Stock Exchange showed.
For the six months ended Sept. 30, gross revenue was SG$413.9 million versus SG$437.1 million previously, the REIT said.
The company declared a distribution of SG$0.0194 per unit for the July to September period, to be paid by Dec. 16.
