TS Financial (TPE:2887) will subscribe to 50 million private placement common shares in its subsidiary Taishin Securities, at NT$30 apiece, for a total of NT$1.5 billion, according to a Thursday filing with the Taiwan Exchange.
Following the transaction, the financial holding company's cumulative holding in Taishin Securities is now 2.56 billion shares, valued at NT$40.5 billion.
