there has been two recent initial public offerings one is NIP Group. The owner of NIP Group is
Mario Ho Yau-kwan, the youngest son of the late Macau casino tycoon Stanley Ho Hung-sun, on Friday became the youngest founder of a Nasdaq-listed company in Asia, as the 29-year-old entrepreneur.
Another one is Bill Ackman's Pershing Square Hedge fund holding company.
Bill Ackman is looking to raise $2 billion in the initial public offering of Pershing Square USA, with 40 million shares priced at $50.
