$NIO Inc.(NIO)$ $NIO-SW(09866)$ NIO has the winning business model.

Battery swap, partnering with other car manufacturers, partnering with power companies to help stabilize the grid, making their AI "God" 5 nanometer chip for autonomous driving. Their own Sky OS operating system, super neat phone to work with their cars. I could go on and on.

Plus, their sub brand cars for the mass market will lead them to profitability. China is also making it mandatory next March that all EV"S will have to pass a battery checkup. NIO checks all batteries coming into their battery swap stations. Many of their battery swap stations are paid by their partners. NIO's popularity is growing. The government is paying tech companies to innovate. NIO still has 5.7 billion dollars in the bank.

NIO's US pre-market shares plummeted sharply, currently down nearly 7%. The company plans to issue shares at a price of HK$29.46 per share, offering up to 118.79 million Class A ordinary shares. The company intends to use the net proceeds from the stock placement for the development of smart electric vehicle technology and new products.
