$Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing(TSM)$

TSMC’s approach is essentially a strategic retreat decision, whether it is driven by proactive or reactive factors. Their stance seems to be: "A gentleman does not stand under a dangerous wall." TSMC likely has other strategies (such as building factories in the U.S., Japan, Germany, and other regions, along with securing related subsidies) to offset the losses from their retreat. At this moment, TSMC is prioritizing risk avoidance as its main consideration. Ironically, what is defeating TSMC is not market competition, but the potential political pressure from the U.S. It’s a consequence of the times, and there’s not much to say about it.
