I agree with musk that the fun

I agree with musk that the funding is unlikely to be sufficient. Musk and trump are two unpredictable fellows! What will happen is anyone’s guess. Both are not afraid to show their unhappiness and want they own ways. Tesla on its own hasn’t been able to exceed expectations and trump has yet to reciprocate his funding for his presidential elections with favourable policies. Without the money, I don’t think this project will come to fruition. If it comes to fruition, many tech companies might stand to gain
