Some of the best companies don’t need to reinvest; so they just return excess capital through buybacks.
The requirements are less stringent than to be in my investable universe and portfolio. This is just a list of companies that have compounded value over the last 10 years and have a somewhat decent business. They're certainly not a recommendation.
