1. $MegaChem(5DS.SI)$
On Oct 8, Megachem managing director Sidney Chew Choon Tee acquired 200,000 shares at S$0.45 per share. The married deal increased his total interest in the one-stop specialty chemical solutions provider from 36.35% to 36.50%.
His preceding acquisition was on Aug 28 with 10,000 shares acquired at S$0.42 apiece. Mr Chew has gradually increased his total interest from 35.23% at the end of 2019.
2. $IFAST(AIY.SI)$
On Oct 2, Fullerton Fund Management Company Ltd (“Fullerton”) acquired 219,300 shares of iFAST Corporation at an average price of S$9.04 apiece.
Fullerton is an independently managed Temasek portfolio company, and it is not involved in its business or operating decisions, including those regarding its positions in Shares. With Temasek’s deemed interests through Cuscaden Peak Pte Ltd, DBS Group Holdings, and Fullerton it is now a substantial shareholder of iFAST Corporation with a 5.03% interest as of Oct 2.
