This massive investment, coupled with the revenue miss, spooked investors who are increasingly questioning the return on investment in the AI infrastructure boom, which led to significant selling pressure across the entire AI-heavy tech sector. This is precisely what created the opportunity for the trade: NVDA shares fell hard, dropping as much as 4% in the early session, giving me the perfect chance to sell puts right near the bottom of that technical dip.
