I am setting a Sell Call, the major support and resistance battle start at this range .
The stock fell sharply on July 1 during a broader semiconductor sell-off and profit-taking after its exceptional rally. The main risk is valuation: if new capacity arrives faster, AI spending slows, or customers adopt cheaper memory alternatives, Micron’s margins and pricing power could weaken. Apple’s recent device-price increases show that memory scarcity remains real, but also risk weakening consumer demand.
Micron’s newest development is a long-term supply agreement with General Motors, announced July 1. Micron will provide memory and storage products for GM vehicles while both companies develop future automotive technologies. The deal is supported by Micron’s expanding U.S. manufacturing and is one of 16 strategic customer agreements disclosed this quarter. DRAM prices have risen about 70% since December as AI data-centre demand tightens supply.
