SanDisk Surges Another 8.9% as Evercore Initiates with Outperform?
Memory ran again: SanDisk +8.88%, its 2x product SNXX +17.73%, Western Digital +5.35%, Micron +4.13%, SK Hynix +3.04%. Evercore ISI started SanDisk at Outperform, on top of the FY27–28 capacity already contracted to eight customers and HBF samples due next year. The sharper signal came from the other end: a sell-side note downgraded Apple on memory cost headwinds. Same pricing axis, opposite signs — upstream margin is downstream cost. SanDisk, Micron, Western Digital, or the 2x ETF?
