    My best investment is buying private property during SAR period. The condo price per square feet is less than $500. Now it is more than $1k oer square feet. @Blinkfans @Fenger1188 @Optionspuppy

    The best investment I had was Intel.
    I bought it with auto investment (AIP) in small amounts since July 2025 averaging $30. Now it has gone up to $100+ and is still holding on to it.

    The best investment I made this year was my investment in genuine social connection. I took up Airsoft and spent money on gear to lend to friends who can now join me.
    I also took a gamble on going out to a disco, taking the bus in the freezing cold and putting myself out there in a way that my programming has long warned me against.
    I did spent some $80 on several nice drinks, one of which included brine and a pickle garnish (making it technically a snack), necessitating some financing.

    For me it was rocket lab, brought around $3.60. I actually sold everything else to buy rklb, went all in, but sold on the way up and reinvested in other stuff I sold. To me it was a unicorn. And there’s a lot in, who are hurting atm. Likely some that brought at the peak of $150 are freaking, cause today it was under $60. My dca is now around $4.60 though, so not bothered. Never listen to hype. Research is critical. And time in the market beats timing the market. I think rklb is great buying right now, IREN even better, but to be honest I’m back in O too. Played with oil and gas and that’s been nice, but it was wiped by my pays in gold and silver. Going forward less is more for me. I’ll just stick to the growth and defensive stocks I understand
