Looks like the EV automobile market in China is too saturated, leading to BYD expansion to international markets and prioritizing it. However, they seem to hit a huge stumbling block to increase their total sales figure. There was a news at the start of the year that a potential deal was made between BYD and Canada for their vehicles to be sold in Canada. 

With the vast and reliable EV infrastructure built in Canada, and continuing improvement, I do see a great potential for BYD as the EV market in North America is still not saturated yet. On that reason alone, I am holding a small portion of stocks in BYDDY. But I will not add on new positions until they prove that their international endeavors bear fruits.
