Why I’m Bullish on $Alphabet(GOOG)$

Hey Tiger Traders! 👋

I just wanted to share a few takeaways after attending yesterday’s "Coffee Chats by Trade to Win" event hosted by James Ooi, Chief Market Strategist at Tiger Brokers.

If you haven’t attended any offline Tiger events yet, I highly recommend checking future ones out! They’re super fun, interactive, and offer a great chance to learn directly from James and exchange trading ideas with fellow Tiger community members.

A key takeaway that stood out to me: the next leg of the rally could very well be led by the Magnificent 7.

Among the Mag7, Alphabet ($GOOG) is catching my attention the most right now:

• 📊 Portfolio Context: GOOG is already in my top 10 holdings on Tiger, but given the current setup, I’m seriously considering increasing its weight.

• 📉 Pullback & Support: The stock has consolidated sideways and is down roughly 16% from its ATH (All Time High $404 on May 18 2026). At current levels (~$337), it’s bouncing right off the 200-day Moving Average (200 DMA), a key long-term structural support level technical traders watch closely.

• 🎯 Wall Street Upside: Street consensus analyst targets sit around $420 over the next 12 months, signalling solid fundamental upside from here.

Whether you prefer scaling into shares or setting up option strategies, this level presents a very interesting risk/reward entry zone.

For those interested in a deeper dive, The Couch Investor recently dropped a great video breaking down the current GOOG thesis: Watch video on YouTube  🎥
