As per previously mentioned in Feb, the deadline for the dispatch of privatization scheme doc is either on or before 4 April 2022. This remains unchange.
Razer is now waiting for the Court Meeting, which is meant to consider the privatization scheme and other procedural matters. Lastly Razer is in theprocess of finalising the privatization scheme doc.
My personal opinion: the privatization at HKD2.82 will happen. Only question is when, that will be answered in the privatization scheme doc.
