$MAPLETREE COMMERCIAL TRUST(N2IU.SI)$Investors should have received the letter of offer for the preferential Issue at $2.03

My suggestion is DO NOT subscribe to it. Current price is $1.8. There is no reason to pay above current market price.

As mapletree will fork out the money, it is a real good stock now at $1.8. Thinking of buying more.
