$ICBC(01398)$ is bank rank within world top ten and largest bank in the world by asset size( USD 5.54.trillion at end of 2021)Last year the earning grew by 6.8%.

I believe many people like to have dividend stocks too. They provide 8% dividend yield which more then $DBS(DBS)$ n $OVERSEA-CHINESE BANKING CORP(O39.SI)$ .Both provide around 4%. From my own research, Singapore Temasek are holding 2.44% of ICBC stock.  

Convir & lockdown are both reasons why the stock price are low. Lowest price is $3.36 and there is 20% lower compare to 52 week stock price ($4.94). 

Evergreen event also proven that China is tighten the relegation and reducing risk.With recent weeks, there are reducing lockdown plans have been made from news. China's central bank still continues lower interest rates which different from others( most countries are increasing interest rates). They hope to shore up her economy and these plans will help people to take loans for housing plans and provide funds for companies during the lockdown.
