    aapl, cos it's got solid CF. all winners so far. I know you didn't ask but direct opposite worst trades - AMD, all losers. lesson: don't become attached to your stocks.  they don't love you long time.

    My most successful investment is from Realestate through leveraging. By using the loan from the bank, I was able to accumulate quite a few properties. However, due to the changes in how interest now cannot be deducted from the rental property in NZ unless it is a new built, it make me feel less interested in real estates and turn my eyes on shares, although I feel Realestate is the safest investment.
