The IPO of Unitree Science and Technology Innovation Board is priced at 150.8 yuan/share, and it is expected to raise 6.1 billion yuan, with a market value of about 61 billion yuan after listing. The number of issued shares was 40,446,400, accounting for 10% of the total share capital after the issuance, and the issued P/E was 219.23 times. The total amount of strategic placement was 8,089,300 shares, accounting for 20% of the issuance, with the participation of DeepSeek, Tencent, PetroChina and a number of central enterprises. The raised funds were mainly used for the research and development of intelligent robots, showing multi-party strategic cooperation and support. DeepSeek and Tencent will carry out in-depth cooperation between AI large models and robots.
